Love going here! Everyone is friendly and caring and they take such good care of our nails and toes!
Came in for a mani and pedi (first time customer) and was super unhappy with how my hands looked when I got to my car afterwards. I went back in and the employees were very apologetic and redid my shellac manicure (which looks much better but obviously took quite a bit of time to redo). It wasn’t til I got home when I noticed how absolutely terrible my toenail polish was too. It’s frustrating to pay for something expensive and not be happy with the experience or result.
My desire was finding a nail salon closer to home. Seems like it’s hit or miss with the technicians- Was very lucky to have Katie work on my nails. She seems like the lead technician. Loved the pedicure, manicure (she did exactly what was asked) & face wax. Will definitely call & book with her going forward.
I got Amy and she was a little rude to me because when she purposely wiped off a nail she blamed it on me and she was constantly not being on task and when I wanted a regular nail she said it would cost extra. But overall besides her they were very nice and offered me water and they were checking on me! The place was clean and nice! Also when me and my friend asked for a pastel yellow, they gave us a orange so we didn’t get the color we wanted but overall they were mid, 3 stars
Katie is the best!! Love the consistency. Good quality. Worth every penny!
