Terrible service. None of their manicurists have proper license to operate. Will not be going back anytime soon.
This place used to be nice, and now it's going downhill under new management. They're offering 20% off for all services, but what most people don't know is that the price has been jacked up.
This nail salon is under new ownership. The service is excellent and the prices are good. The staff is very nice and do not gossip with each other while working on your nails.
I usually go to perfect nails in cowesett plaza, however I was in desperate need of a manicure and they were right down the road and open on a Sunday. I got a manicure and a pedicure the pedicure was so quick and careless it was not worth the 30 dollars and while I waited they FILED my gel nail polish off my nails instead of soaking and scrapping. While she was removing the cuticle around my thumb nail she took a big chunk of skin off and gave me a killer hangnail on the bed of my nail, that bled forever and then scabbed up ... read more

New owners... Who can't even understand English!So unsanitized and dirty!Nails came out horrible, took Hour and half for full set shellac $43 dollars! Never again!! Getting them redone somewhere that are professional!!
Terrible service. None of their manicurists have proper license to operate. Also, the new owners kicked out the original people and told all their clients that they have gone back to CT. That is not true, in fact, one of the girls told me she was definitely settling down in RI. Private message me if you'd like to know where they are working right now.
I used to go to Magic Nails. However, lately I feel they are going down hill. A few of the staff seem negative and down in the dumps like they do not want to be there. I would go in knowing exactly what I wanted done and always ended up getting the spew regarding different options. The work the man did was fine, but he criticized me during the entire manicure! I was looking for any opportunity I could to run out of the place during the process! The man who did my manicure suggested a shellac manicure. I just wanted a regular manicure because 1) I was looking for a quick manicure because I did not have much time that day and 2) the cost of the shellac is double the cost of a regular manicure and 3) I don't want to have to keep up with shellac all of the time or pay someone to take it off.
