Top of the line service by far not even close. Five star is an understatement...
On top of them working on the same car for over 15 minutes straight and there being a line around the corner, there was a customer behind me in line who had to move forward toward the line to let the other car get by. The workers yelled at him and started making gestures at him. Extremely unprofessional behavior. Needless to say, both of us left and went to a different wash. I have no idea why this place has all 5-star reviews.
Unbelievable job they did. My white car was really dirty and making me cringe when I looked at it with all the caked on dirt from the winter roads. Now it looks like I just drove it off the lot. Sparkling clean!
I needed to have my car washed and detailed before our baby arrived (our furbaby sheds a lot). I am extremely glad I chose to try Magic hands hand car wash that moved to North Haven earlier this year on Washington Avenue (from Milford). They did an incredible job! My car legit looks cleaner than when I bought it. I would absolutely recommend them and go back. Wonderful service. Great first time experience. They do all the little things right, which is what frustrated me with most hand washes in the area. Scratch free, thorough wash, at a good price. What more can you ask for? If they can do this consistently, this place will be very successful.
