Thanks Magic Glow staff for making my car sparkle yet again!!! Best car wash in Slidell! Their customer service is phenomenal...fast, friendly and always professional! I highly recommend this family owned Slidell business for your next car wash and oil change.
They charge extra for SUV's but it was not completely vacuumed the back hatch area was not even touched & the interior was not wiped good brought it to their attention and this guy comes back to wipe the inside down with a dry paint brush gets back out and says "he can't get it all cleaned and maybe I should try not to get my car dirty"! To top it all off it started pouring down raining while they were doing my car and it cost me right at $40 for nothing! This place has the worst customer service in SLIDELL!!! Went there today paid 60 for a car wash and had to clean it myself! When I asked to speak to someone the owner came over and told me I should have gone somewhere else!!! This is the worst customer service in SLIDELL!

I would avoid this place at all cost! Horrible customer service!! I had to give one star but didn't want to.
I would avoid this place at all costs. They quoted me a low price and then tried to charge over twice as much. When I called them out on it, they started manipulating the bill to continue to try to overcharge. When I continued to ask that they honor their quote, they threatened to call the police on me! Atrocious customer service and borderline fraudulent business practices; avoid at all costs.
