Trusted them with my vehicle & went to pick it up it had a long scratch with a dent on the side. Then they denied it was them. Bad enough the are not responsible but they are dishonest. Asked to run the cameras to prove they were responsible for the damage, they refused
I’ve used them multiple times in the past and honestly they were good, but this last experience first I was told I had not used them because I have a ladder rack on my truck when apparently I took the rack off and put it back on without being aware or hadn’t used them.... which is strange because I still have their bag sitting on my shifter but hey I guess miracles happen. RecommendedI have been bringing my vehicles to them for years. They always do a great job.
We have been going since they opened.We love this place! They do very good work and the guys are so nice.
personnel are very rude and they broke my outlet plug in the middle row and stole the charger that was plugged into it. my car is clean and smells good but this was a deal breaker for me for sure. I'll try to add a picture of my broken plug
I've been going there since I moved here in 2005, after the storm. I like getting an oil change and car wash:; $54. I went there Wednesday Feb 12 and later tried to adjust my passenger side-view mirror with the remote control. It didn't work. Went to see the lady and she says "How could that have happened here? Magic Glow does a fantastic job cleaning your vehicle. But the lady/owner is not very friendly.
Terrible owners at the place. Don’t get a wash here.
