Usually the service here is mediocre, but today nothing but rude service!
Magic Glow is great! I only take my car here for oil changes and never to any of these fly by night places. About 3 weeks ago I had my oil changed here. Kevin, one of the owners, told me my rear main seal was leaking on my Audi A6. If he had not have told me this, I would have not known it was still under warranty in order to have this repair fix by the dealership. Thank you Kevin!!!! for saving me about 4k in repairs!!! I will never use this car wash ever again when the owner is rude to the men & women put their life on the line, left their families so you can even have this business in peace. Your opinion is that your opinion but to be rude to a military personnel is just disrespectful. And I will make sure my family & friends won't support this business ever again! Just a disgrace!
Took a little longer than normal but worth EVERY penny. My car hasn't looked this clean since the day I bought it!!! Thank you guys!!!
Worst wash job ever yesterday. And they broke my husbands back light.. Said it wasn't their fault. Stole about $5.00 in quarters I didn't know that was in his console and broke his tom tom bracket by digging in his console.
I always get great service and it's a friendly family owned business. Shop Local !
