I've had a couple of door failures in the past 2 1/2 years. One was the spring in the tube broke, and the other was the cable and drums needed replaced, both projects that I had no interest in trying to do myself. Magic Garage Door could not have been more responsive. The communication was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone.
