Did a great job called them this morning and they were able to get me on the service schedule this afternoon. The girls in the office were friendly and great to work with!! Thank you !!!!
They only offer 4 hour windows for repair, so I took half a day off work for their installer to show up an hour AFTER the window I selected. I had to call them to find this out. No one ever attempted to contact me and let me know they were behind, so I didn’t have to burn a half day. When I did call to find this out, they weren’t apologetic and acted like it was no big deal. I won’t be using their services again.
They put in a key pad for my in laws and did a great job
Recently had a garage door cable snap at my mother-in-law's in Hayesville--on my way out of town--that left the door stuck open. A neighbor recommended Magic...they were able to squeeze in a service call on a Friday afternoon and didn't charge extra for an emergency call (which I gladly would have paid). The tech was efficient, polite, and did a great job. Folks, where I live in Maryland, this never would have happened. The Ashland office was a pleasure to deal with.
My new garage door looks great! Thank you to all the wonderful staff at Magic Garage Door. They are very professional and easy to work with.
