Wow!!!!!! First time using this cleaning service and I am extremely impressed. I was out of town for a month and had a guest stay over and left a huge mess and I called this company and when I came home from work, I entered my apartment like it was the first day I moved in. It smells amazing and everything was vacuumed and clean. I am extremely impressed with the quality and the price I will definitely be using this service again thank you you to the team who cleaned my crazy apartment. 🥰🥰🥰🥰
Dear Management, First of all, I would like to appreciate your management team. You communicated very professionally and politely with us. However, we are not satisfied with the cleaning service provided today. We had clearly explained yesterday that this was a move-in cleaning, and we expected proper deep cleaning of all rooms, windows, blinds, kitchen, bathrooms, and other important areas. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They lure you in with a cheap price but the catch is it’s hourly. They sent 2 elderly ladies who they claim were supervisors, to do a deep cleaning. They didn’t even do a basic cleaning. They didn’t clean the toilet, the window seals, ceiling fans, shower door had soap scum on it. I’ve used them twice for deep cleaning, and the second time was literally scheduled a day before. The ladies are professional and do such a great job. Setting up the appointments are super easy, and they do their best to accommodate your schedule. They got me in on a Friday with a full schedule!! I will continue to use their service and I’d highly recommend!!!
