I've never had a worse dining experience in my life. Staff is incompetent and extremely rude which is sad because the food is good.

Stopped in after participating in the Dover Homecoming parade. Ordered scalloped potatoes & ham but they ran out so must have been good! Got the fish tacos and they were really good!
