Regular restaurant – This is a regular restaurant. The food doesnt gives the italian feeling and the ambient is most grey. The food wasn't bad but I don't think that I'll be back next time. Anyway, it looks like daily meal restaurant and certainly not for special occasions.
The worst service ever ... – My friend and I went there for dinner on a sunday night and right from the start the service was terrible. We arrived and were told it would be 40 minutes before we could get a table. So we put our name in and left. When we came back 30 minutes later we were told it would be 45 minutes even with our name already in. Poor service – Our waitress was cold and didn't understand us, but she also did not try very hard. Needless to say, our order was messed up and we were charged for something we did not order. After all of that headache, the food was just ok.
Dining Delight – Maggiano's is a wonderful dining experience for a date or the entire family. The sounds of Frank Sinatra and Ella Fitzgerald just enhance the traditional dishes and great wine list. Thanks for the memories and those yet to come Maggiano's!
Bring the family – This restaurant is awesome. It is great for family/sharing dining. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. The plates are very decent in size and the ambience reminds me of Italy. Two thumbs up.
Absolutely Smashing! – Maggiano's is our favorite restaurant. We have been dining at Maggiano's for a little more than 2 years at least 2X a month. Our travel time to Maggiano's is 1.5 hours one way, otherwise we would frequent their fabulous establishment more often. The quality and quanity of their dishes are far better than any other Italian restaurant we've visited (approx. 12 others). Spinach Salad and Cream Puffs – I like Maggiano's for its family style atmosphere. The food is 1,000 times better than its family style competitor, Vinny Testa's. And the unlimited dish opportunity is great. It can be a tremendous bang of food for your buck. Make sure to save room for the Cream Puffs at the end.
Is this Italy – The absolute best food and service anywhere in Boston. If your looking for a wonderful romantic dinner or a group function,this is the place to go.
GREAT FOR A GATHERING – I LOVE THIS PLACE. THE PORTIONS ARE HUGE WITH MANY SELECTIONS. WITH THE FAMILY STYLE MEALS YOU CAN TAKE LOTS OF LEFTOVERS HOME. THE RESTURANT IS LARGE ENOUGH FOR BIG PARTIES BUT THE TABLES ARE SLIGHTLY CLOSE TOGETHER. WE HAVE GONE WITH GROUPS A FEW TIMES AND THEY ARE REALLY ACCOMODATING.
