I just started living there and after 4 different places in springfield this is definitely one of the better ones! So far I’ve only had one incident where maintenance was needed immediately and it was taken care of quickly! They also are very good about working with you in all aspects. The apartments themselves are super big and very modern.
Great place, until I got charged $220 for a “cleaning fee” upon moving out. Absolutely ridiculous! Normal wear and tear should not be charged for!
This is my first apartment and the whole experience of being here couldn’t be easier. I had a few maintenance requests right when I moved in but they were fixed super fast! I also love all the amenities and the close parking, and still being right next to campus!
One of the worst rent companies in our area. I feel so much better getting out of that place.
