Changing my review due to an issue I just had with management. I’m having severe internet problems and they refused to have anyone come look at it because they have a contract with Springnet. What a waste of my money! I can’t even use the wifi on my phone, much less my laptop. I wish my concerns would have been taken seriously. Another complaint I have is the noise because it's near a busy road and the walls are extremely thin. Neighbors have been a huge headache and management never did anything about it!

Hey guys, do not live here. Do not live at their properties. The issue is not the buildings. It is the management. I think they like to hire liars and rude people. They will not refund your deposit back. Don't be fooled when they tell you they will give it to u back And the cameras at 414 east bear boulevard are not working. They are here just for decor.
