I am not a disgruntled or evicted tenant. I’ve moved here from Kansas City for a new job and I did not know the neighborhood or the area. I just needed an apartment. I am a tenant in good standing pay my rent regularly. And I have never rented from a worse organization than Williams investments. There is absolutely no security on the building at all, they replaced all the front doors but put no locks on.
