ZERO STARS! I drove four away to rent a home in Chattanooga, Tennessee for my kids swim meet. Arrive here and check my email to see a cancelation. Never received one phone call about the cancelation. I spoke with Kendall the host who had terrible customer service! Her explanation is it was double booked and to call VROB yelling! I felt like someone dog they bought and threw out to the curb because they did not want it no more. I had three kids, my husband, and 84 year old grandmother on the curb! BEWARE of MAGELLA Homes!
I rented a place they posted on VRBO. The place was run down and with bugs. Our 3 night stay lasted 1 night. We asked for a partial refund for our inconvenience and since we didn’t stay the entire time. We were not even given a response. We left an honest review with pictures of the property but the property was removed from VRBO before the review posted. The property is now back on VRBO without any reviews. Beware of this fraudulent company.
I have had two excellent experiences with two of their Air Bnb properties. The two properties were decorated sleek and stylish. The host was very responsive and informative. The properties were immaculately clean and welcoming. Looking forward to exploring their other properties!!!
