The office staff are beyond incompetent. I scheduled for a sick visit and took unpaid time off to go to this appointment. An hour before my appointment the office staff calls me saying they need to reschedule me. The lady rescheduled me for 6pm the same day. I was surprised that they were open that late of I had the women reverify twice that my appointment was at six. I’ve had paperwork dropped off for UPMC to fax over to my short term office over a week ago if not longer. Still not done. You try getting in contact with the UPMC office and it’s impossible. It’s the UPMC Kauffman-Epilepsy office. Always “too busy” to for some reason pick up phones for 3 straight hours for patients. Ehhh, I don’t believe that. Especially when I go to that office. I’m thinking it might be time to switch doctors if this keeps up. Your patients obviously aren’t your number one concern.
