When they read down list of complications you can have during surgery, you sign the form and never really think that YOUR surgery can be botched..bad enough just having the surgery to begin with. It was discovered that I had an 8cm fibroid in my uterus. I was recommended to see a doctor from Pittsburgh. I just had my surgery to remove the fibroid on Monday and couldn't be more pleased with how it went. The entire staff was nothing but accommodating for all my fears and worries. I'm very thankful that I was able to have the procedure done in Pittsburgh. I had my daughter here 6 weeks ago and from the time I had the most amazing experience from admittance to discharge. Each nurse and doctor was professional, compassionate and helpful! I'd be a poster mom for them if I could! Thank you all!
I had all 3 of my children there an all were by c-sections an I have been with the same ob/gyn for 15 yrs an I had nothing but good experiences there every single time the staff at university Pittsburgh phycian are amazing on/gyn are great nothing but good ratings from my experience
I recently had a test in diagnostic radiology and had the best nurse- Lisa and the most competent doctor- Dr. Lu. I was very scared and nervous to have the test and they walked me thru it and were so gentle, kind and caring. Best bedside manner! My usual Doc is Dr. Sanfilippo and I can't say enough good things about him or his staff. They have been very good with my husband and myself since the beginning of our care at Magee.
