Yesterday I took my car to VW of Dublin (which I believe is now operating under a new name) for a scheduled oil change. Despite having an appointment, the wait time was about two hours. When I asked the Service Advisor whether the vehicle was lifted to perform the oil change, I was told it was not, due to the vehicle’s air suspension, and that the oil was extracted from the top instead.
