Service was excellent, Ray was also very helpful
This was a fantastic experience. The staff is super friendly, things are upfront, and the waiting room is quiet and private. I really enjoyed my experience and I will be returning to MAG VW for my car going forward.
Oil change, tire rotation, and light recall work in under two hours. I like the overview video. Highly recommend.
Perfect buying experience
I won't be going back to this dealership again for service. Both times I have gone they have grossly miscommunicated time of repairs and cost. This time they first told me it would be ready Saturday if I switched to aftermarket parta and it would cost $1500. Then they told me it was going to be done nlt Monday lunch so my daughter could drive back to college in time. My daughter ended up taking my car to college.
