We had a very good experience with Chase buying a Tiguan, very polite and professional.
Absolutely terrible! Service manager, condescending and arrogant, zero sense of customer service. Service advisors, lies, lies, lies. The only way to get a straight answer is by filing a complaint and opening a case with Volkswagen of america! Steer VERY far away from this dealership. If you want your work done in a timely manner go to Byers! Absolutely disgusted with MAG. And that’s coming from a long time customer.
Overall great experience purchasing the Tiguan after leasing it. The staff was friendly and helpful in executing the contract. The finance department was especially expeditious and supportive through the process. Tehya approved
