Theo was wonderful to deal with. I did not meet him in person...only talked to him on the phone and text. He explained everything very clearly and accepted what I wanted done to my 2013 Mini Club Man.
i recently became a MINI owner and the car i bought had so many issues that other mechanics struggled with, once i took it to MAG they were able to help diagnose my issues and then worked w my warranty to get the issues fixed and now i am a very happy owner!! this place rocks!! and they’re so nice and great at keeping you updated. i also like how they cleaned my car, i gave it to them dusty and got it back sparkling!
Shane and the team are fantastic
Service techs were great at communicating what was going on with my car and the timetable involved. They did their best to get my car back to me in a timely manner while also considering the safety of my vehicle.
