I’ve always been happy with service I get from MAG MINI.
Staff is great but, I received texts telling me there was a video and a report. I could see the video but, there was no report. Then I got a text telling me my vehicle was done. So, I called to find out the status and was told they were running behind and it was on the rack. He told me another hour. Hung up got a text it was ready. I waited an hour then headed down to exchange the rental for my vehicle. The text had just finished it when I got there.
