I'm 70 years old. The service manager, Bill Vokas deliver the highest satisfaction i've ever received. It was such a pleasure to deal with Mr. Vokas Hats off.
The service was great. However, I was offered a loaner car if I waited six weeks to do the repair. In my opinion, loaner cars should be readily available within one week.
David provided a great experience in picking up my vehicle by spending extra time at the end with me and my wife - who asked a question about her vehicle (Jaguar), while I picked up my Range Rover
Bill, in service, was extremely kind, thoughtful, and professional in regards to my experience! Thank you very much, Bill!
Dealer provided a ride back home and then picked me up when car was done.
