Great service! Our service advisor Trey ended up billing us the cheapest way possible for our repair and was very responsive to any questions or concerns.
Michael, our assigned Service Coordinator, was incredibly thorough and detailed, and provided continuous updates until our service was completed. Due to schedule conflicts, Michael took the initiative and personally delivery our vehicle to our residence. That is superior customer service. I’ll continue to always recommend MAG with that caliber of service being provided.
Trey and the team in service were excellent! His communication skills were top notch and he answered all my questions quickly throughout the process.
When I saw this 2021 Range Rover SVR listed online, i realized i really wanted it. I spoke to Sydney on the phone and he was unwilling to work on the price due to it being so flawless, well maintained, and already priced really well. He assured me it was mechanically perfect and a clean carfax as well. I decided i really wanted it regardless, so that same night, I booked a redeye flight from Los Angeles to Columbus to make my purchase.
