Great staff!
Sales consultant performed all required aspects very well. Finance manager was what you would expect. Even went so far as calling me “buddy” when we returned to pick up the vehicle after 3 hours! After being with him for 15 minutes, I was not his buddy! I would say the dealership seems above most except one!
I had the worst service experience with MAG (Midwestern Auto Group) Jaguar today. Jaguar committed for free maintenance for 5 years/ 60 K miles and just now they backed out from the contract. On top of it, they are not willing to follow the extended maintenance contract terms or rectify the mistakes / errors / miscommunication their service team has been doing for years.
