I was taken on time by the hygienist and she was excellent, as always. I did have a cavity which the dentist was able to fix right after my hygienist was through, saving me an extra trip.
I have been going to Eric Klein, DDS since I was a little kid. I have since lived in California, NYC, and long island and I refuse to go anywhere else. They have a tremendous quality of patient relationship. For example, I am only able to come in on Saturdays so that I don't miss work- they don't work every Saturday but when I am due for an appt an they are working, I always get a call to make sure I get a shot at a Saturday appt . Dr. Klein and his staff are superb! I had an emergency that took place on a Friday afternoon/early evening that he personally called me and then contacted the micro-endodondist to have an emergency root canal done on Saturday. He continued to check in to see that all was ok. I thank him and his staff for their personal approach to service!
Dr. Klein is so gentle that having an appointment allows you to get his excellent service along with a "GREAT NAP" in the comfortable lounge chair in the examining room.If your having trouble sleeping at night or during the day Dr. Klein's examination is a sure bet winner for that extra sleep we are all looking for.
I have been a patient of Dr Klein's for more than 20 years. My husband and son are also patients. He is very professional in all capacities. He is an expert at caps, crowns, fillings, etc. He puts his patience at ease and is always available when needed. His staff is very courteous and the office is extremely well maintained with the latest of equipment.
