Giovanna, Dr. Klein and Emily made my visit to the office a pleasure. I was seen on time and was treated with respect and professionalism.
From the moment you arrive Eric Klein's practice you are accepted as family and are met with not only perfect smiles but quintessential customer service! Everyone there, including your fellow clients, are happy to be there and happy that you are there as well. I have been in customer service my entire life and i have rarely been anywhere as dedicated to your wellness and ultimate happiness as i experienced at Eric's house of smiles!
It is wonderful to walk into such a bright and clean office that is both efficient and beautiful. The workers are quick to welcome you and tell you when you'll be seen by the doctor. The doctor is warm and professional at the same time. I enjoy visiting him and he seems happy to take care of me. Thank you so much and keep up the wonderful work.

I always love visiting Dr Klein. Best dentist I've ever had. He always takes the time to explain options and he always gives good advice for hygiene that saves money.
Excellent start with a new dental practitioner. Dr Klein was terrific at getting to know me, my perspectives and my needs.
My young teenaged daughter was shy, self conscious and really just didn't feel good about herself. She is a pretty little girl but one thing was weighing her down heavily. She had white stains on her teeth. They just came in with calcium spots. She didn't smile because she was self conscious. And often times kids would make fun of her teeth. Dr. Klein worked his magic.
