We just had the rudest phone interaction with Madrones. We will be traveling (cell signal unreliable in mountains) and needed to place an order for tomorrow at 11:30. The young lady that answered the phone was clearly upset that we couldn’t order online, rudely stating”I’ll do it this time but we won’t do it again”. She took our whole order (5 items) and then said “No we aren’t doing this, you can call back tomorrow”. At this point we asked for her name and she ignored the request 3 times.
