Well just had dinner for the first time here. I had the 16 oz Blackened Prime Rib done rare. All I can say is well done, that is, I believe it is the best Prime rib I have had in Frederick. I was going to take a picture of it, but two reasons I didn't 1. my phone died and 2. there was nothing left on the plate. Thank you for a job well done.
Had brunch. Was very good. Service was excellent. Menu is great. Will be coming back multiple times. Nice happy hour and specials.

This place is the worst run business in Frederick. The manager (Rich) and even the owner (Chip) are some of the rudest and meanest people you will ever have to deal with!! Make sure your food is on point before taking it out of the restaurant. Or they will make you feel like a liar on the phone and when you go to return it Chip will get in your face and call you names!!
Will be going back for sure. Friendly staff and food was off the hook.

I have visited Madrones several times. Food is always great. Last night was beef tips in pasta. Awesome. And fried oyster appetizers is always excellent. My favorite is shrimp and grits but be ready for a huge portion.
One of the best, and most beautiful bars in town! The steaks and burgers are always tops, and the wait staff always friendly and accommodating. I have asked for substitutions and experienced no problems. My wife loves the seafood and salads.

Currently sitting at my table after an uncomfortable situation, all I wanted to do is substitute a salad for a soup. I was told no even though every other restaurant does. Then the waitress told me I’ll take care of it no worries. 5 sec later the manager comes over and makes the situation even more uncomfortable.
