I’m currently waiting for my doctor to show up to our telemedicine appointment. It’s supposed to be at 1pm and now it’s 1:20 and I haven’t seen or heard anything from anyone. I even tried re checking in. This is an awful way to treat someone. My time matters too. She never showed up. The said they tried to call me and it kept just ringing. No one called the other number or emailed me. I’m done after only like 2 appointments. I’m trying to get away from this type of care.
Im disappointed that I left my doctor's office to transfer all of my mental health things to this office. The psychiatrist spends at most 10 minutes with me and never has any interest in how I'm really doing on the medication. Im never told when theres a change in procedure. Its always a surprise and then when I call the office to find out what's going on with my prescription, I'm given a script over and over by the receptionist that I shouldn't call the office to see if the doctor has sent it, but I should just keep calling... read more
