I was not sure what to expect for my first class, but 45 minutes later I was hooked. The attention to detail in the facility is amazing and the staff are top notch. It is truly a family and everyone is so supportive of each other. I feel truly blessed to have found this place and just love it. If you want to have fun exercising, this is the place to be!
