Welcome to MadPower Training Center the only HOT & EXTREME fitness program in the country. Our signature class MadPower is a very high intensity cardio and strength class where you work full on in temperatures up to 100 degrees. MadPower Inferno runs to 105 degrees. Very welcoming. Have my introductory month, showed up for the wrong class, but with gentle persuasion and encouragement from Amy I stayed for the Inferno class. Inferno in the name tells you everything! I stayed and conquered! Huge milestone for this 50-something. Great place.

Every instructor at MadPower is highly motivated to provide each tribe member with the best workout experience possible. The music is loud, the room is HOT and energy levels are high! I'm a MP addict. Hands down the best group fitness environment in Madison.
