Usually when management told the doormen to ask residents to “rate how the staff is doing” just to sneak in fake positives. Leasing at the Madox was a breeze, and we enjoyed working with Kierra and the whole team. After an easy move-in, we know we will be here for a while. Great staff!
I’ve been living at Madox for a year now and have had a very positive experience. I’d like to thank Kierra, the leasing agent who helped me move in last year and also assisted with a smooth transfer to a larger unit this year. Living at Madox has been an incredible experience. The apartment complex is clean, quiet, and located in a safe, desirable area with easy access to the path, light rail and ferry. Maintenance is quick to respond, and the doormen are welcoming and friendly. The amenities are awesome, including a stunning rooftop that’s rarely crowded, in-unit washer and dryer, a gym (that’s also rarely crowded), ac, a dishwasher, spacious rooms, and ample closet space.
