Clean buildings, friendly staff, good location
Decent amenities, great location, good concierge
I’m giving this building two stars solely for the friendly staff and the safe, low-traffic location. Beyond that, I cannot recommend living here. There are far better rental options in Jersey City (such as the Lenox, Quinn, or Windsor) that offer more transparency and fewer headaches. The management seems focused on nickel-and-diming residents through constant increases in utility fees and arbitrary new rules for amenities introduced every few months. FAKE LUXURY BUILDING Look at reviews from Lowest. That’s your real experience here ONE goal: save the next person from signing here. Every bad review is true. The good ones? Usually when management told the doormen to ask residents to “rate how the staff is doing” just to sneak in fake positives.
