Living at Madox has been an incredible experience. The apartment complex is clean, quiet, and located in a safe, desirable area with easy access to the path, light rail and ferry. Maintenance is quick to respond, and the doormen are welcoming and friendly. The amenities are awesome, including a stunning rooftop that’s rarely crowded, in-unit washer and dryer, a gym (that’s also rarely crowded), ac, a dishwasher, spacious rooms, and ample closet space. Nice Apartments with good security and neat and clean maintenance services
I was about to lease an apartment from this building, and came across the reviews on the mice infestation and poor maintenance situation. I am glad I did not sign the lease since the leasing and mgmt office are impossible to get to via email, phone, or voice mail for even new comers, and they did not say anything different to support if these issues are being addressed or resolved.
