My experience at Madox has been excellent from start to finish. I worked with Jensis, Holly, and William throughout my leasing process, and all three were fantastic — professional, responsive, and genuinely easy to work with. Jensis in particular stood out. We’ve had a great experience so far at the Madox apartments. Everything from touring the apartment, the application process, lease signing, and move in was easy. Everyone in management is so helpful. In particular, we really appreciated how smoothly Jensis made the whole process and how responsive they have been when we had questions. And the concierge team is top notch! Extremely friendly and helpful as well. This is a great place to live in Jersey City.

I’m giving this building two stars solely for the friendly staff and the safe, low-traffic location. Beyond that, I cannot recommend living here. There are far better rental options in Jersey City (such as the Lenox, Quinn, or Windsor) that offer more transparency and fewer headaches. The management seems focused on nickel-and-diming residents through constant increases in utility fees and arbitrary new rules for amenities introduced every few months.
