Staff is the absolute worst! They disregard everything their patients say and express, and just want your money for horrible service. They WONT hear you out about anything and will do what they think is right. As a cna, you listen to your patients and their expressions and consider them. Go anywhere but here Lincoln!
The inpatient OT,PT, speech are great. However, My son was in a car accident and came to Madonna after 2 months in ICU. He had a spinal cord injury, TBI and brachial plexus injury. They quickly discharged us with pressure ulcers on both feet which ended up needing surgery after a year of treatment at our local wound care. I asked multiple times for his brachial plexus injury to be addressed. Honestly today’s experience and what I’ve been dealing with for months is the reason why I have finally submitted a review. My daughter sees the Lincoln outpatient pediatrics unit for therapy. The therapist are very helpful, experienced, polite and I can’t find other words to explain how amazing they are. Why am I not giving 5 stars then?! The receptionist is a pain in my a$$ honestly I’ve had problems with her from the start I’m glad she isn’t just making schedules anymore not telling me not giving me an updated paper copy ... read more
