No one spoke or acknowledge that I was there even though the place was empty. So I walked out � Can't spend my money in a place where employees lack customer service. I use to be a regular customer before I moved but I see it's CHANGED.
I love this place but the service is way too slow. Today I waited 15 mins to attempt to order and when I got to the counter I was told it would be awhile still. Coffee and food is good but you need to be willing to wait quite some time to get your order. Super frustrating and disappointing �

I am so sorry you had to wait. We are having issues with the drive thru customers ordering large orders of egg sandwiches and even waffles which really slows down the process. I am so sorry and understand your frustration. I will make sure to tell my staff to have the customers pull up and we will run orders out so we can keep the line moving. Thanks for letting me know.
