Do not live here 💯. I moved in these apartments on 4/9/2024. Moved out 04/9/25 (best time of my life). Half the time I lived here I dealt with NOISY NEIGHBORS. The WHOLE time I dealt with roaches. They charge for pest control every month yet pest control only show up if you complain of roaches. The MICE were terrible. I dealt with it for the time I could because obviously they don’t care. And not to mention it’s been 3 months and still NO deposit return from them. YEA stay FARRRR away from this dump. Definitely NOT worth th... read more
Do NOT live here!! Please read the reviews before considering living here. I’ve put in plenty maintenance orders for roaches and they come in and spray, only sprays in one area. The roaches come in more and more each time. The heat doesn’t work in the winter. They want over $1000 in rent but doesn’t care about the residents. Please don’t move into these apartments. One of the worst mistakes i made.
It’s a very pretty apartment on the inside but they have roaches and the heat has not worked since I moved in. I was without hot water for about a week and a half. Our floor boards are lifted a bit and the inside halls are gross. Fights happens a lot. Edit** the roaches are WORSE, seeing about 30/40 a day now, coming from the hallways
