I came here today for a bridal appointment and loved the second dress I tried on but wanted to try a few more dresses at another local store. We were so dissatisfied, came back here without an appointment and they were able to put me back in the dress; then I knew it was the one! The people here are more than accommodating and you can tell they really love what they do. We are definitely booking a bridesmaids appointment soon!
My sister bought her wedding dress from Madison Town and Country a couple years ago. The entire experience was wonderful from finding the perfect dress to the alterations. I bought my wedding dress a couple months back. Amazing customer service. I was able to come back later that day to show the dress to my father before I made my decision. My daughter and I went in this morning and were immediately greeted with a negative. I was told I had no time to order a dress because of my date, but that I could look at what they had in the store. The woman took me in the back to off the rack dresses and she kept insisting that the size I said I was would not fit even after I told her I was in the process of losing weight. Madison Town & Country Bridal, specializing in bridal wear, provides a truly unique experience for those who can afford it out here in the south. But who can put a price on such a special occasion, right?! You do get what you pay for here (QUALITY!) and it is by far worth your pretty penny.
