I normally never say anything of the sort or blast any negative experience on Facebook, however, we had an absolutely awful experience recently at Madison Town and Country bridal shop. The owner/manager was EXTREMELY rude and ugly to each girl regarding picking up/paying for our dresses during the PANDEMIC. Taylor helped me find the perfect dress for my big day! I felt so comfortable and all the staff was friendly!
I said ‘Yes’ to the dress at MT&C bridal! The staff was so nice and gets to know their customers (even remembered my name, which some find hard to pronounce). I love the variety of bridal gowns they have there and would recommend them to any bride looking for the perfect dress for her big day! Thanks again, for helping me find my DREAM dress!!
We went there today without knowing we had to schedule an appointment and they did not turn us away. Taylor was AMAZING!! She helped me find the perfect dress, she was easy to talk to and, she was super nice. If you are looking for a dress, it’s best to make an appointment with Taylor. She won’t disappoint!
The staff at Madison Town & Country Bridal were excellent to work with. Riley was so helpful and went the extra mile to ensure that my experience was the best it could be! I felt so comfortable and special! I can't wait for my dress to come in!
Loved my experience and found my dress! Taylor was wonderful to work with and made me feel comfortable the entire time. She made my decision difficult since every dress she pulled was perfect for my body shape/size. It was clear she enjoyed her job and knew what to pull to make me feel beautiful!
At the end of my rope trying to find a MOB dress. Walked in here Saturday morning and found my dress! I cannot say enough great things about this shop and the ladies that work here! So friendly and helpful!
