Amazing customer service! I couldn’t have picked a better bridal store.
RecommendedMy experience with Madison Town & Country Bridal Shop was perfect! Everyone was very helpful in helping me find my dress, my alterations were done perfectly, and they helped me find a veil that matched my dress so well when other shops couldn’t. Everyone here was so kind and pleasant to work with. I have already told my engaged friends to come shop here next! Thank you for such a great experience!!
Very rude and didn’t try to be helpful at all. More worried about straightening dresses on the rack than helping brides into the dresses. Just a total waste of time!

Wow! Madison town and country took great care of me when I can to buy my dress and my bridesmaid dresses. They did a great job with altering my dress and all but 1 of my bridesmaid dresses. My sisters dress fell apart in the middle of the reception

I've been shopping for bridal gowns before. This is by far the worst service I've received. They had an empty parking lot, not a single customer in the store and were rude as soon as we walked through the door. We had two adults and the three year old flower girl with us, we were informed she would have to sit alone by the door because "she isn't going to stay with you." She was holding my hand when it was said. I refuse to spend my money at a business who treats its customers in such a hateful way. I should have read throug... read more
