Very kind & compassionate. Very thorough & questions were welcome! Excited I found my new dentist, Dr. Etemadi!
I find the facility incredibly bright and cheerful even though it’s in an older maze like building. The front desk is welcoming and thoroughly helpful -coming and going-. My cleanings (and whitening) have been very non-stressful. The dentist finished my visit with a summary of future procedures my aging teeth might need and I felt very comfortable with his assessment. Great clinic, the personnel are caring and skilled.
New dentist seems kind and gentle, but the method of irrigation management during my cleaning was awkward and contributed to a feeling of near choking at times. I think there should be an assistant to care for that and free the dentist up to focus on the cleaning process.
I was shocked when Dr Johnson was just suddenly gone, and I really loved her and she was a great dentist, but was pleasantly surprised when Dr. Etemedi the new dentist was there. We have both seen him two or three times now and are very comfortable with him, he is excellent and very personable and warm. He's even doing his own lab in his office which makes things much better.
