I've been a patient at this clinic for several years, primarily for postpartum depression and general health needs. While the medical care provided by the doctors has been exceptional, my interactions with the front desk staff have unfortunately been consistently disappointing. On multiple occasions when calling to schedule appointments, I've encountered dismissive and unhelpful behavior from a particular staff member.
