We love Madison Road Vet! The staff has always been compassionate, caring and accomodating! The first year I had my lab I think I had to call the emergency line on the weekend about 6 times, never once did they make me feel like I was an inconvenience :)
They r so kind and caring, not for our pets. But for the feelings of the family too.
THERE R NOT ENOUGH WORDS TO SAY AND EXPRESS MY APPRECIATION FOR THIS PLACE DOC RAY AND HIS STAFF R SO AMAZING WE HAVE BEEN GOING THERE FOR 16YRS AND THEY HAVE ALWAYS TREATED US AND ALL OUR ANIMALS WELL THEY REALLY REALLY DO CARE FOR YOU AND YOUR ANIMALS AND WILL SO GO OUTTA THERE WAY I JUST WANTED TO SAY ALL THE CREW THAT WORKS THERE R AWESOME BUT I WANNA GIVE A SPECIAL THANK YOU TO DOC RAY,TONI AND DIANA FOR EVERYTHING HAVE DONE FOR MY ANIMALS YOU ROCK!!!!!!!!☺

This place really cares about our babies. Dr Ray, Dr Annie and Dr Kristen are very loving and caring. They worked very hard to make my Westie Applesauce better. She was diagnosed with diabetes in February 2015. Sadly things went downhill quickly. We found 2 tumors on her pancreas causing her body to not react to insulin. We chose not to let her suffer. Anyone in the Beloit area who has ever considered Madison Road Veterinary Clinic, I cannot recommend highly enough. They have been with me through every one of my worst moments and they are so very supportive and kind. Even when my Buddy passed at home, they came to my home and picked him up so they could cremate him for me. They allowed me to spend time with him to say my goodbyes. You will not find people who care more for your animals great or small.
