I have a dog with blood and fluid coming out of his ears .I called 2&3 timed this week telling them how my dog was walking sideways and in pain my dog Cry's cause of the pain but Madison road will not see my dog till I have money .this is in human, I told them when I get paid next week I would pay the bill. I do not understand how heartless people stay in business I do not see no love or caring in that vet office. It's all about $$$$
Without the help of the staff here I would have lost my baby girl Poe, they saved her life and my family and I are so grateful
Diane and I would like to thank the staff at the Madison Road Vet Clinic for taking such great care of Tundra during our travels. We have always trusted them with her care. Having to look after an animal that is 14 years old is a lot to ask of anyone and Diane and I really appreciate all the great care given, it was like leaving her with family! Thank you

I just had to take my baby girl, Missy in on Monday to be put to sleep. Dr Ray and Toni made me as comfortable as I could be considering the circumstances. I have been going there since the 1980's and have never experienced such a warm, caring staff as Madison Road Vet. I miss her terribly, but eased my pain a little bit knowing Toni and Dr Ray would be by my side.
Everyone is very nice and helpful. They made putting my dog done a lot easier.
