DO NOT sign a lease here!!!! I have never written an online review in my life, but this complex has compelled me to do so. Complete scam. I had to call over 50 times in order to get in contact with the office regarding broken AC during the peak summer months! Took 3+ weeks to fix and my energy bill DOUBLED. Roach infested and the whole complex is dingy. Linda Seegard the property manager is disrespectful and unhelpful! Worst year of my life living here! Office staff is awful.
DO NOT SIGN HERE! Our unit had an old broken A/C unit that still has not been replaced and our energy bill is egregiously high becqause of it. Not only did my roommates and I sweat in a hotbox of an apartment this summer but we were also charged insane amounts of money to do so. I used to love living here, unfortunately, Linda the new manager is awful!! She does not know how to communicate with her tenants, is rude and condescending, and unprofessional. Our AC went out and she told us “she hoped we had a fan... maybe that would cool us down”. Additionally, they have placed rat poison traps all over the complex without notifying residents. This is very dangerous to the dogs that live here. I am friends with lots of residents within the complex and all of them have had issues that were handled poorly ... read more

Linda & Erica —Very unprofessional office staff. In the beginning of the application process, the manager/leasing staff called me back to back , even email me about my app in the beginning, until I realized I did not meet some of the requirements for applying. I requested to opt out from the application but after that I never received a call, text, or email explaining the process. My boyfriend and I have officially been living here for a little over a month now and couldn’t be happier with our move. In the beginning it was extremely difficult for us to find a place that had all the amenities we desired and also within our budget, we both were actively working and to top things off we were currently living at a hotel for a week after moving out of our last place. The staff is always helpful. They are accommodating and timely when it comes to maintence requests. The management team is some of the best we have experienced. Yes, we would recommend this apartment community!
