I was disappointed with my experience at the Walnut Creek salon today for several reasons. It was busy and appointments were running behind. Once my color was applied I was told it would be on for 45 minutes. This turned out to be an hour as it appears I was forgotten about. (The surprised expression of the colorist gave that away). The area to self dry hair is very cramped, it had 2 hairdryers for 3 stations, it is also very cramped and generally not very clean.
