My first experience with full color and blow out with luciana and she knew exactly what to do with my hair which was a real mess of color. She used three colors and gave me a treatment! Great service and my hair color is amazing
This was my 1st visit with the salon in the Ardmore location. I came in for a consultation for a hair color & Kim was the person who welcomed me & asked what I was looking for. She explained to me the salon services & what she suggested is best for my color. I also went for the blow drying. I absolutely absorbed the professional and friendly staff at the salon. I am absolutely happy with the hair color & blow dry & when in town again I hope to go back.
My hair color was supposed to be to be the same color that I had put on in May. Instead she dyed it a lighter color. My hair will look real bad now in 3 weeks. I am just not happy. I believe the woman may have been just filling in for someone. She even had a hard time with payment.
