This property management company doesn't care about you. Don't expect to get your deposit back. They don't maintain their coin-operated washer and dryers that hardly work properly. They don't reply back to your emails or phone calls until a few days later, UNLESS they've received a complaint about you. How convenient. I would suggest staying away from any Property Management by Madison Realty investors. I hope they realize their lack of customer service and actually start caring more about their renters.

A very shady company to rent from. They waited two weeks after the lease was up to let us know they were not renewing the lease because of 3451 ne 11 avenue was for sale and then two weeks later they sold the building. After a week of the sale we were giving 30 days to get out and still dont know what going on with security deposit. If I don't get my security deposit back from the new owners I will be filing a civil suit against the new and old owners in Broward county Courts

This company is scam artists. They kept over half of my deposit for 1 year. Charged $325 for "touch-up" paint in a 1 bedroom apartment. Absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS. They only care about money. Denise is great but clearly the owners are only money hungry clowns.

Denise is really an awesome property manager. She has always been on top of any issues that I had since I lived here. She is very responsive and she does CARE about the tenants. I would give a five star but it would come across not genuine. The Madison company has a great team.
