When you see the apparent Madison Group, everything is good, the problem is when you live there, is a infinite problems and the bigger problem don't give solution immediately, you need waited 2 or 3 weeks. Cleaning is fatal, Dirty glasses, enters das horrible and disgusting laundry area. Go not to fall into this trap, too much rent is paid and charge up to breathe this is too much to live that way.

Awesome place to live. Club house is amazing and everyone is very friendly. Located right near Providence Town Center.

Still resolving several internal issues, from small apartment fixture issues to more significant mailing address/delivery issues. Excellent staff. Community Director, Michael Duffey, has an impeccable response time to e-mail, and addresses inquires and issues in a serious manner, making resolution a top priority. If you choose to lease here, you will also have THE BEST on-site maintenance support team. Bob will fix anything and everything, with a genuine smile!
