It has been over 4 months and I am still waiting on my security deposit check. The response to my emails have been painfully late and sporadic.
This place been such an amazing place to live.I've had numerous apartment living experiences in the past but the level and quality of service exhbited here is by far the best i have ever experienced.Such a welcoming community. Therese has been such a great help throughout our entire stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to live here!
Worst place EVER to live. Management is terrible. Walls are so thin you can hear the person above you blowing their nose. Worst apartment experience of my life. My advice to you is steer clear.
I have been here since inception. It is increasingly getting worse. At the beginning, you really did get what you paid for and everything was great but you are now getting less and less for your rent. Rent increases from between $20-$50 annually when your same unit rents for less as a new tenant. Frequently there is no parking, people taking up numerous parking spots for one vehicle or visitors, and people that are not afraid to door ding your car.
The management is unwilling to work with tenants and is terrible with following up on requests. I would NOT recommend this place! It is over priced and the walls are paper thin.
