RecommendedLove living here! Very happy ☺️ One of my favorite things is the community garden. I’ve never been much of a gardener, but decided to try it out this season. It’s such a nice amenity to have at an apartment community. Can’t wait to have home grown fruits and vegetables!
management really nice when trying to get you to rent. Once your in they don't care about your concerns. SNOW removal sucks !!! Good luck trying to get a parking space near your building.

Everything about this apartment is amazing. From the staff to the area it self. Not many other complex in the area compare. I am very happy with everything I have seen. If you are looking for a new home in the area I recommend New Britain. You all will love it.
If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is the worst to live. It is a COMPLETE rip off. Upon move-in they will rush you through the walk through and blow off any concerns you bring up. However on move out they will find every reason to keep your entire deposit. The rent they charge is way above the value. The employees are rotated through before you even get to learn someone's name.
