Excellent service!! I like how honest and dependable they are.
I just moved to the area and found Madison MOTOR werks. I was impressed with how professional everyone was. Upon going over the things that were done to my vehicle the representative was very thorough and went in to detail of what they had done and also what needed to be done as well. I will definitely be returning. Thank you Madison MOTOR werks for a job well done
These are really good folks! They take wonderful care of my Mini Cooper S and I honestly don't know how they could do a better job. They run an excellent shop and I'm thankful that they're here!
I have taken 2 of our cars there and have been extremely pleased with the entire experience. They are knowledgable, friendly, and professional. Compared to many other places i've gone (especially dealerships) Motor Werks acts like they want my business. In short, they give you better service at a better price. I won't ever go anywhere else for service.

I tried the DIY route on my BMW 325i route, but ended up spending more on time and tools trying to save a few bucks. Take it to Madison Motor Werks instead. I highly recommend them.
The staff members are really knowledgeable and it is obvious that they know what they are doing. Not to mention the fact that they saved me from spending almost $3000 more at the dealership in my first visit alone. They explain everything really well and and I feel confident every time I must make a decision. I have been going there for almost 4 years to have my BMW serviced and I refuse to go anywhere else. This is because I know I can trust not only their diagnosis, but also their motives. Highly recommended them.
Higher than the dealership. Could not fix my car. Spent almost $900 on starter and diagnosis and still would not start. Makes me believe I didn't need the starter. May be a rip off.
