RecommendedHad AC problems last week, they fixed a thermostat leak too. Fixed right. I got the roadster back quick, only a couple of days due to parts shipping, all during this ridiculous lockdown. I’m impressed. Good folks too. Keep it up.

I have taken my 9 year old Mini Cooper to Madison Motor Werks and always had exemplary service. My car runs so well! They have always done a great job fixing what was wrong at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them!!
Over charged, slow service. Two separate times they ordered the wrong part for my car and did not even have the customer service skills to call and let Me know About it till the end of the day and when they were questioned about it they had the nerve to tell me it was my fault because I have a German car. Took my BMW to MMW for a series of issues that seemed to hit all at once. They diagnosed accurately after others had failed, did the work needed on time and at estimated cost, and they provided a much better value and overall experience than going to a certain local dealer on frontage road -- the one that puts you on terminal hold and doesn't return calls or emails.
