I took my 650 BMW convertible to them on the recommendation of another shop in the area who does the work on my domestic vehicles. I had an unfamiliar error code coming up and was dreading (a $2700 headlight last year!) taking it back to the dealer. Madison Motor Works diagnosed the problem promptly, repaired it and another problem at a most reasonable cost. These things are expensive to work on, but I left with my repaired car feeling like I was treated fairly. I will be back for service when it is required.

Wells really seemed to take a personal interest in my car and tell me everything I needed to know to make decisions. I felt like they were being honest with me. I highly recommend MMW.
Very easy to work with, actually bother to SHOW you what is wrong with your vehicle vs just telling you what's wrong with it. Were able to diagnose a coolant leak I couldn't find, and fix the underlying issue.
Excellent service. Meticulous work, better than the dealership at a reasonable price. I don't have to drive to Baton Rouge now.
I have been very pleased with Madison Motor Werks. My 2006 Mini Cooper runs great thanks to the mechanics there. I feel confident that my car has been serviced properly and will keep me safe on the road. Thank you!
