I'm really happy with my experience at Madison Loft! The maintenance team is super responsive, always fixing issues the day after I put in a request. It's a great, affordable place to live, and I especially appreciate that the windows don't leak, keeping the heat in plus cold air Highly recommend
Edit: They responded to my review, but I never was able to speak to anything but AI. I've given up trying to rent a unit. It's literally impossible. I really wanted to rent a unit here, but the AI they use for phone calls and emails is broken. The application link is broken, the tour link says none available, and the AI just keeps linking you back to those two things. I'll update my review if I ever get ahold of a human being who wants to take money in exchange for housing, but it feels doubtful after almost a week of trying... read more
Lived here for 4 years finally moved and management has always been bad. Apartments have potential but so poorly ran and they don’t communicate. Things get stolen a lot and they add random charges to your account.
